Complaints Policy and Procedure

 

Our complaints process is in place to ensure that a service user or external source acting on behalf of someone using one or more of our services have the opportunity to have any concerns addressed and gives our company the opportunity to rectify any reason/s causing dissatisfaction.

You may not feel comfortable letting us know your details when raising a complaint, although this means we can't come to a resolution with you directly, we would still investigate and post the outcome along with all other complaint outcomes on our RESOLUTIONS PAGE - click here.
